Job summary

pSemi Corporation, a Murata company, seeks a Technical Director of Test Engineering to lead teams launching RF and mmWave products into production and sustaining them through end-of-life. You will shape test strategy, drive NPI to HVM ramps, and collaborate across Marketing, Design, Packaging and Quality to ensure high quality, low-cost test solutions.

The role requires 15+ years in RF/analog test engineering, 8+ years of leadership, and frequent APAC travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Test Engineering focusing on RF, analog and mixed-signal.
• 8+ years in management with ability to lead through technical challenges.
• Hands-on with ATE platforms and DIB/probe cards; strong test software skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic management and leadership for test engineering teams.
• Launch new products into production and manage NPI to HVM ramp.
• Interface with Marketing, Design, Packaging, Quality and Reliability teams.
• Guide test solution architecture and OSAT management across regions.
• Drive KPI-driven improvement of test solution and cost of goods.
