You will shape test strategy, manage NPI and OSAT partnerships, and drive cost, quality, and schedule performance across global facilities.

The role requires 15+ years in test engineering, 8+ years in management, and strong cross-functional collaboration with APAC OSAT teams. This position reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Test Engineering focusing on RF, analog, and mixed-signal.
• 8+ years in management with demonstrated ability to lead and solve complex technical challenges.
• Experience with OSAT/CM operations in Asia and remote debug.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic management and hands-on leadership for test engineering across product lines.
• Lead teams launching new products into production and manage transition to mass production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Product Engineering, Packaging, Quality) to align resources and roadmaps.
• Guide architecture decisions impacting multiple products and technology generations.
• Drive best-in-class test engineering practices (hardware/software) and ensure cost and quality targets are met.
