Job summary

Chick-fil-A Midwest City is hiring a Director through Red Okie, LLC to oversee restaurant execution across all dayparts and lead the development of Managers and Assistant Managers. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will ensure consistent standards, build leadership depth, and drive staffing, training, and retention within your area of responsibility.

The role requires 3+ years leading leaders, a proven record of promoting colleagues, and comfort with operating and analyzing financial

Qualifications

• Three or more years leading leaders, not just individual contributors.
• Proven record of developing people who were promoted.
• Comfort reading and acting on operational and financial data.
• Willingness to have hard conversations with sound judgment.
• Availability for full-time hours including weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant execution across all dayparts in the absence of the Executive Director.
• Develop Managers and Assistant Managers on a documented coaching cadence.
• Own one or more Critical Success Factors and the results attached to them.
• Build leadership depth below you so the restaurant runs correctly without you present.
• Own hiring, training, and retention outcomes within your area of responsibility.
• Hold the standard for how results are achieved, not only whether they are achieved.
