Chick-fil-A Midwest City is hiring a Director through Red Okie, LLC to oversee restaurant execution across all dayparts and lead the development of Managers and Assistant Managers. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will ensure consistent standards, build leadership depth, and drive staffing, training, and retention within your area of responsibility.

Job Description

Red Okie, LLC operates two Chick-fil-A restaurants in Midwest City, Oklahoma. We are hiring a Director.

A Director owns restaurant execution and the leaders who produce it. Reporting to the Executive Director, you are accountable for the standard holding across every daypart, whether or not you are present. This is the role directly below Executive Director and it is a deliberate step toward Chick-fil-A franchise candidacy for the person who wants it.

What You Will Own

• Own restaurant execution across all dayparts in the absence of the Executive Director.
• Develop Managers and Assistant Managers on a documented coaching cadence.

What We Provide

• Direct development from a Multi-Unit Operator with an established record of producing Chick-fil-A franchisees.
• A defined scope of ownership and the authority to run it.
• Written standards, a leadership scorecard, and regular structured coaching.
• A path toward Executive Director and, for the right person, toward Chick-fil-A franchise candidacy.
• Closed every Sunday. Limited holiday hours.

Pay and Benefits

Starting rate: $23.00 per hour.

• Monthly health insurance contribution of $550 after 60 days of employment.
• Dental and vision insurance available.
• Sick pay and vacation pay. Accrual begins at hire and time is available for use after 60 days of employment. Accrual terms are described in the Team Member Handbook.
• Pay increase of $0.25 per hour on each work anniversary.
• Access to Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures scholarships.
• Promotion path to Executive Director.
