Qualifications

• ADC or CTRS certification as required qualifications.
• Bachelor in Therapeutic Recreation or equivalent training.
• 2+ years of recreation programming experience, including healthcare settings.
• OT/OTA credentials also accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate resident activity programming across the department.
• Design individualized and group activity plans aligned with care goals.
• Oversee staff, volunteers, and program operations to ensure quality of life for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team for person-centered care.
