Casa de las Campanas in the Rancho Bernardo area (San Diego) seeks a Director of Resident Services to lead resident relations, coordinate with social workers, navigators and concierge staff, and ensure high resident satisfaction and timely responses.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in customer service, guest relations, social work, or similar fields, with experience serving the elderly. RCFE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in customer service, guest relations, social work, or a similar role.
• Experience working with the elderly is required.
• RCFE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Residential Social Workers, Navigators, and Concierge Services; ensures accurate responses to questions and customer service.
• Oversees the resolution of resident complaints and answers questions regarding policies and the community.
• Manages departmental operation and capital budgets.
• Provides counseling programs for grief, depression, illness, or loss trauma.
• Acts as liaison between residents and staff to solve problems and guide information access.
