Job summary

Casa de las Campanas in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego, seeks a Guest Services & Admissions Coordinator to coordinate hospitality services for guests and residents and assist the Admissions team with new resident admissions.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a welcoming, supportive, and positive experience for residents, families, and visitors, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service delivery.
• Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes new residents and families, providing orientation to services and expectations.
• Regularly check in with residents and families during the first days.
• Communicate feedback to the interdisciplinary team to improve service quality.
• Assist with admission contracts, consent forms, and documentation within 48 hours.
• Ensure insurance information is collected and maintained.
• Assist with tours and admissions processes as needed.
• Coordinate hospitality services requested by residents and guests.
• Manage difficult or emotional situations with professionalism.
• Respond to guest requests while maintaining privacy and dignity.
• Coordinate room changes and moves within the community.
• Maintain knowledge and use of standard precautions and safety procedures.
