Yona Solutions is seeking a Food Services Director to lead the dietary department in a long-term care facility. You will plan, organize, direct, and supervise all dining operations to meet federal, state, and local standards, while ensuring resident satisfaction and cost-effective management.

The role requires supervisory experience in food service, an associate or higher degree in hospitality, and relevant certifications (ServSafe Manager, CDM/CFPP).

Formación

• Associate degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
• Food service supervisory experience required; long term care experience preferred.
• Certifications: ServSafe Managers; CDM/CFPP credentialing per ANFP.
• Proficient with Windows-based office software (MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Interviews, hires and orients dietary staff.
• Trains workers in procedures and equipment operation and maintenance.
• Plans and supervises department functions and staff.
• Maintains records: inventory, compliance, income/expense, personnel.
• Ensures cost-effective budgeting and survey readiness.
