Job summary

MANA Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Reimbursement Director to lead payment services, establish fee schedules, and oversee coding activities across our Northwest Arkansas clinics.

The role requires strong financial acumen, healthcare billing expertise, and experience managing a reimbursement/compliance team. You will drive charge masters, audit processes, and help optimize accounts receivable within a physician-owned network.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.
• 5 years related experience and/or training.
• 4 years related management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payment services and fee schedules.
• Conduct analyses of reimbursement rates and oversee coding activities.
• Perform provider chart audits and report findings to administration.
• Provide coding education to employees and physicians.
• Monitor accounts receivable and identify billing issues.
• Update billing codes in the system and communicate changes.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
