AdviniaCare Oakland Grove seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation program. You will oversee clinical delivery, schedule therapy services, and guide multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.

The role entails supervising staff, analyzing operations and billing data, and contributing to ongoing clinical excellence within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or SLP.
• Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professions.
• Two to four years of clinical experience.
• One to two years of supervisory experience with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and appropriateness of patient care meets standards.
• Direct and assess scheduling of patients/residents for therapy services.
• Participate in team meetings to formulate treatment plans and discuss progress.
• Review therapist documentation for clarity and consistency.
• Maintain a clinical caseload as needed.
• Generate and analyze financial, operational, and productivity reports.
• Ensure statistics, patient outcomes, and billing logs are accurate and reported timely.
• Supervise program staff in daily operations and clinical activities.
• Promote interdisciplinary clinical reasoning and best practices in rehabilitation.
