Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited rehabilitation program (PT/OT/SLP or related).
• California professional license in good standing.
• Leadership or management experience in rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience with SNF/long-term care rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, reimbursement, compliance, productivity, and denial-management.
• Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Rehabilitation Department.
• Supervise therapists and therapy staff.
• Develop staffing schedules based on resident needs.
• Ensure high-quality rehabilitation services and outcomes.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment approaches.
• Oversee billing documentation and denial management.
• Recruit and develop rehabilitation staff.
• Maintain safety and equipment; ensure compliance.
• Participate in care conferences and facility meetings.
