Arrowhead Post Acute in Jonesboro, GA seeks an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead the rehabilitation department, covering physical, occupational, and speech therapies. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Administrator and drives high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing clinical staff and operations.

The candidate should have a degree in therapy, current licensure, 5+ years of rehab experience with leadership, and strong collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• DPT/OT/SLP degree from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted licensure in therapy discipline(s).
• 5+ years of clinical rehab experience with supervisory or management roles.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and reimbursement in skilled nursing/post-acute settings.
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and improve clinical outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support therapists, therapy assistants, and rehab aides.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate rehab staff.
• Provide clinical guidance to ensure best practices in therapy delivery.
• Oversee individualized therapy care plans and documentation meeting standards.
• Monitor therapy outcomes and adjust delivery strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with Nursing and other departments for restorative care.
