A.G. Rhodes in Cobb County, Marietta, GA, is seeking a Rehab Director to oversee our therapy and rehabilitation programs for short-term and long-term elders, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

This department head role emphasizes compliance with laws and standards, budget oversight, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver person-directed care that enhances quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Therapy program (Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy).
• Must have current PT/PTA, OT/COTA or SLP license in Georgia.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in a Long-term Care or Skilled Nursing community.
• Experience working as a Rehab Director preferred.
• Extremely knowledgeable of clinical rehabilitation practices and the laws, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care communities.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff.
• Experience managing schedules, resources, and budgets efficiently.]

Responsibilities

• Oversees the therapy and rehabilitation programs for our short-term and long-term elders, including Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy programs.
• Promotes our mission of providing expert and compassionate rehabilitation therapy while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and A.G. Rhodes standards.
• Supervises licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy Care partners and maintains a direct patient care caseload.
• Leads the therapy department, manages the budget, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team.
• Delivers person-directed rehabilitation services to promote an excellent quality of life for our elders.
