Job summary

PACS in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department and coordinate services for inpatients and outpatients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical/ Occupational Rehabilitation or Speech-Language Pathology; CA PTAs excluded
• Licensed as PT/OT/PTA or Speech-Language Therapist; CA PTAs excluded; continuing education as required

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Rehabilitation personnel and coordinate department scheduling.
• Ensure rehabilitation needs of residents are met and regulatory standards are adhered to.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and billing records.
• Travel to assigned facilities as needed.
• Participate in staff development and performance evaluations.
• Foster collaboration with facility teams and referral sources.
