PACSS is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the rehab department across a Sunnyvale facility. The role oversees direct and indirect services for inpatient and outpatient residents, supervising therapy staff and coordinating scheduling, documentation, and program development.

The DOR partners with facility leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, quality of care, and efficient operations. A Bachelor's in rehab field and active licensure are required; travel may be necessary;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical, occupational therapy or speech-language pathology.
• CA licensure in relevant field (PT/OT/SLP) current and in good standing.
• Experience supervising rehabilitation staff and coordinating care.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise Rehabilitation personnel across the facility.
• Manage daily department scheduling to meet resident needs.
• Ensure accurate and complete clinical documentation and coding.
• Participate in denials management and billing processes as needed.
• Support staff development, hiring, and performance evaluations.
• Travel to assigned sites as required.
