Symbria in Canal Fulton, OH seeks a Director of Rehab (DOR) for full-time leadership of rehab staff in a geriatric community. Focus on patient outcomes and productivity standards in a senior-living/post-acute setting.

Experience in therapy disciplines, licensure, and managerial potential preferred; ESOP environment with employee ownership and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program (PTA/PT/COTA/OT/SLP).
• Hold a valid state license.
• Previous managerial experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in acute, long-term care or rehab is beneficial but not mandatory.

Overview

Are you a Director of Rehab (DOR) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at The Chapel Hill Community in Canal Fulton, OH has a full-time opportunity available.

At the moment we are only considering COTAs for this role.

Responsibilities

As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP).
• Hold a valid state license.
• Previous managerial experience preferred but not required.
• It's great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
