Job summary

Symbria's Rehab Team at Nazareth Living Center seeks a Director of Rehab (Program Manager) to supervise the therapy staff and activities in the community. As the interdisciplinary team leader, you will partner with clients and the community, maintain productivity standards, and drive patient outcomes.

This role requires graduation from an accredited therapy program and a valid state license; managerial experience is preferred. Join an employee-owned company through ESOP for meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program (PTA/PT/COTA/OT/SLP).
• Hold a valid state therapy license.
• Previous managerial experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
