Job summary

Orchard View Post Acute in the United States seeks a Regional Director of Therapy Services to lead multiple therapy programs and mentor Directors of Rehabilitation across the region. This role focuses on staffing, operations, and clinical outcomes, with travel as needed and no patient caseload.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed PT, OT, or SLP with supervisory experience in skilled nursing, capable of advancing programs and developing therapy leaders for long-term impact.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT/OT/SLP with current credentials.
• CPR certification is required.
• RAC-CT certification to be obtained within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support Directors of Rehabilitation across the region.
• Partner with therapy teams, Administrators, and regional leaders.
• Help improve staffing, operations, compliance, and clinical outcomes.
• Coach and develop therapy leaders to raise program quality.
• Support new programs and therapy transitions.
• Assist with surveys and regulatory reviews preparation.
• Travel throughout the assigned region as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Mentor and support Directors of Rehabilitation
• Partner with therapy teams, Administrators, and regional leaders
• Help improve staffing, operations, compliance, and clinical outcomes
• Coach and develop therapy leaders
• Support new programs and therapy transitions
• Help teams prepare for surveys and regulatory reviews
• Assist with recruiting and developing great therapy talent
• Travel throughout the assigned region as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed PT, OT, or SLP
• Therapy leadership experience, ideally in skilled nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to obtain RAC-CT certification within one year of hire
