Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Prior management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Current state license in PT, OT, or SLP; CPR certification.

Job Title: Director of Rehab

Salary: $33-50 per hour (depending on discipline and experience)

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation

Experience: Cannot take new grads
