Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Alabama is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead our rehabilitation department. You will oversee licensed therapists, coordinate patient care, and ensure high standards of clinical excellence.

This role requires strong leadership, state licensure, and at least 3 years in a director-level position. You will partner with physicians and nurses to deliver compassionate, compliant care and to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Director of Rehab or in a related leadership role.
• Current licensure and certifications as required by state and profession.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report patient outcomes; implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including Medicare and Medicaid standards.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Rehab to oversee our rehabilitation department. As a Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for leading a team of licensed therapists, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your exceptional leadership skills, clinical expertise, and passion for rehabilitation will drive our team to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of licensed therapists, including occupational, physical, and speech therapists, to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of patients and achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
• Monitor and report on patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
