Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Current state license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing a team of therapists
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to rehabilitation services
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to work independently and make sound decisions

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations of the rehab department
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of therapists, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to therapists
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and standards
• Manage department budget and resources, including equipment and supplies
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as physicians and referral sources, to promote the rehab services offered by the facility
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of care provided by the rehab department

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (no weekend rotation)
