Job summary

• Guide team members on overall strategic approach to developing new capacity while mitigating risk and ensuring that sufficient contingency plans are in place.
• Accountable for data center site selection and development within a defined geographic area within North America.
• Focus on delivering cost effective capacity while optimizing for flexibility and optionality.
• Represent Meta in meetings with executives from potential suppliers, governments, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Recruit, on-board, and mentor internal staff and ensure robust learning and career development.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (25%+).
