Broad Management Group is seeking a Director of Recruiting to establish and lead a new, independent Recruiting Department supporting our growing multi-state property management portfolio. This full-time, in-person role will report to the Head of Operations and the Head of Asset Management and will oversee strategy, development, talent sourcing, and hiring performance.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience with hands-on sourcing.
• Ability to develop strategies, build functions, and deliver results.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling senior roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills.
• Experience recruiting across multiple locations and markets.
• Multifamily property management or real estate recruiting preferred.
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms, candidate databases, and ATS; Paylocity preferred.
• Experience managing recruiting budgets, metrics, and vendor relationships.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Establish and lead the Recruiting Department with processes, strategies and performance standards.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for property management, maintenance, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Personally source and engage passive candidates through platforms, databases, referrals, networking and creative sourcing methods.
• Develop strong talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs across multiple markets.
• Partner with executive and operational leadership to identify hiring priorities and anticipate staffing needs.
• Build relationships with industry professionals, trade schools, and other recruiting sources.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring results.
• Oversee ATS management, recruiting budgets, advertising expenditures, and vendor relationships.
• Provide regular recruiting updates and performance reports to executive leadership.
