Job summary

BROAD MANAGEMENT GROUP L LC in Montvale, NJ is building a new standalone recruiting function. As Director of Recruiting, you will establish the department from the ground up and drive hiring outcomes across multiple markets from a senior leadership perspective.

You will own recruiting strategy, sourcing, department development, and performance reporting, partnering with executive leaders to align hiring priorities and anticipate staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including hands-on sourcing.
• Ability to develop recruiting strategies, build recruiting functions, and deliver measurable results.
• Proven track record sourcing passive candidates and filling senior-level roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience recruiting across multiple locations and markets.
• Multifamily property management or real estate recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms, candidate databases, and ATS; Paylocity preferred.
• Experience managing recruiting budgets, metrics, and vendor relationships.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with industry professionals, trade schools, and other recruiting sources.
• Track and improve recruiting performance using metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring results.
• Oversee ATS management, recruiting budgets, advertising expenditures, and vendor relationships.
• Provide regular recruiting updates and performance reports to executive leadership.

As the Director of Recruiting, you will establish the department from the ground up, set recruiting standards, and drive measurable hiring outcomes while operating closely with senior operational and asset management leaders.

This role is based in Montvale, NJ and reports to the Head of Operations and Head of Asset Management. You will own recruiting strategy, talent sourcing, department development, and performance reporting across multiple markets.
