Job summary

The Assurance Group, part of Integrity Marketing Group, is seeking a Director of Recruiting to grow its nationwide agent network. The role focuses on recruiting new agent producers and field managers for TAG, with responsibilities spanning growth strategy, onboarding support, and collaboration with regional offices.

The Director will build relationships, explain affiliate opportunities, and navigate TAG systems to accelerate enrollment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or undergraduate degree.
  • 3+ years’ experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training.
  • Basic computer navigation skills including email, word processing, spreadsheet programs, internet, Adobe, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Assist potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding the opportunity for growth and success available to them if they affiliate with TAG.
  • Understand and become an expert on how TAG operates and be able to navigate within TAG’s systems to support new agents.
  • The ability to be available to, and communicate with, all agents to ensure smooth and efficient on-boarding.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

A Director of Recruiting is responsible for recruiting new agent producers and field managers for The Assurance Group (TAG).

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding the opportunity for growth and success available to them if they affiliate with TAG.
  • Understand and become an expert on how TAG operates and be able to navigate within TAG’s systems to support new agents.
  • The ability to be available to, and communicate with, all agents to ensure smooth and efficient on-boarding.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or undergraduate degree. Industry experience may be substituted for educational qualification.
  • Three (3) or more years’ experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training.
  • Possess basic computer navigation skills and knowledge or familiarity of basic computer programs/applications including but not limited to email, word processing, spreadsheet programs, internet, Adobe, etc.
