One of my client is looking to add an experienced Senior Executive Recruiter to its Accounting & Finance Temp team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys building candidate and client relationships, working a busy book of open requirements, and consistently converting searches into starts.

They’re looking for someone with 4+ years of agency recruiting experience, ideally within Accounting & Finance, who has worked across temp (contract) placements.

You’d be recruiting across roles such as:

• Financial Analysts
• Tax & Treasury

The role involves owning the recruiting process from candidate generation and qualification to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support, while partnering closely with the sales/account management team on active client requirements.

They’re particularly interested in recruiters who:

• Know how to manage a high-volume temp desk
• Have strong sourcing and candidate-generation skills
• Understand the Accounting & Finance talent market
• Can build pipelines proactively rather than only recruiting once a job lands
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven staffing environment
• Have a track record of submissions, placements/starts, and gross-margin production
