Job summary

Ponca City Parks and Recreation Department seeks a Recreation Superintendent to direct the Recreation Division, overseeing sports, pools, facilities, and community programs. Lead budgeting, staff supervision, and program development.

• Monitor service delivery and adjust staffing as needed.
• Plan and review the Recreation Division work plan and assign tasks.
• Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate staff; address deficiencies.
