Job summary

Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care seeks a Director of Recovery Place Seattle to supervise residential SUDP services, ensuring clinical quality and efficient operations. This role partners with the Chief of Inpatient/Residential Services to optimize utilization management and staff development at Recovery Place Seattle- Beacon Hill.

The ideal candidate holds WA SUDP licensure, a bachelor's in a human services field (master's preferred), and proven leadership in program development, staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent experience required.
• WA State Licensure as SUDP required.
• Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Operations Management or related field preferred.
• Progressive responsibility in administration, operations management, and human resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to meet service needs with clinical quality.
• Lead clinicians and managers responsible for complex case management and crisis programs.
• Oversee site operations, finances, and regulatory compliance; ensure continuity of care.
