Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Five years of experience or more preferred; including minimum of two years of management responsibility.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieves financial objectives by selecting and bidding to qualified contractors, budgeting, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variances, writing purchase orders, and reviewing invoices.
• Assures quality control by completing pre-construction, interim, and final inspections, including detailed punch-lists at completion of projects.
• Improves construction process by evaluating documents, policies and procedures and implementing cost optimization revisions.
• Allocates program costs by preparing operational and risk reports for analyses.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning and appraising results.
• Maintains professional knowledge by attending educational workshops and networking.
