Job summary

Good Carbon Co. is seeking an experienced General Manager of Curation to lead our real estate development function from post-acquisition through construction readiness, reporting to the VP of Operations.

You will oversee a multi-project pipeline, align budgets with underwriting, and integrate energy efficiency and clean energy technologies into project design and planning. Build a high-performing development team and partner with Acquisitions, Construction, Finance, Legal, and Property

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in real estate development or related field.
• Experience leading projects from post-acquisition through construction readiness.
• Experience delivering construction-ready packages with drawings, budgets, schedules, and engineering docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development activities from acquisition handoff through construction readiness.
• Manage design, entitlements, permitting, budgeting, and pre-construction planning timelines.
• Establish milestones and track progress, risks, decisions, and resources.
• Ensure development activities align with budgets, underwriting, and portfolio priorities.
• Lead multiple projects with concurrent deadlines and competing priorities.
• Coordinate with Acquisitions, Construction, Finance, Legal, and Property Management.
