Job summary

Good Carbon Co. seeks an experienced General Manager of Curation to lead real estate development from post-acquisition through construction readiness.

You will oversee scope, design, budgeting, permits, and handoffs, coordinating with Acquisitions, Construction, Finance, Legal, and Property Management to ensure on-time delivery. The role emphasizes integrating energy efficiency and clean technology into project planning, with leadership of a multi-project pipeline and a strong focus on team

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in real estate development or related field.
• Experience leading projects from post-acquisition through construction readiness.
• Experience delivering construction-ready packages with complete drawings and budgets.
• Experience managing a multi-project development pipeline with concurrent deadlines.
• Experience partnering with acquisitions, construction, finance, legal, design, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development activities from acquisition handoff through construction readiness.
• Manage timelines for design, entitlements, permitting, approvals, budgeting, and pre-construction planning.
• Establish milestones and visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and resources.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Property Management to align with underwriting and incentives.
• Oversee energy systems integration (geothermal, storage) in development planning.
• Build and develop a high-performing development team and external partners.
