Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Executive Director for the GxP Center of Excellence to lead enterprise-wide quality strategies across GCP, GLP, and GVP domains. You will drive proactive risk management, ensure inspection readiness, and oversee global inspection and vendor quality oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a scientific discipline.
• 15–20+ years in pharma/biotech with at least 10 years in GxP quality leadership.
• Experience with regulatory inspections and global regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize the GxP CoE strategy.
• Embed proactive risk management.
• Ensure inspection readiness.
• Oversee global inspection and vendor quality oversight.
• Drive digital transformation in quality systems.
• Lead quality integration for combination products, diagnostics, and digital health technologies, and provide GxP support for M&A activities.
• Champion a culture of quality by advancing governance, risk management, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
