Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Quality & Risk Management to lead quality improvement, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and risk management for a 50-bed post-acute rehabilitation hospital. You will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to drive survey readiness and performance improvement across the organization.

This senior role requires deep knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission standards and a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality and risk programs in healthcare.
• Familiarity with CMS and Joint Commission standards.
• Ability to lead accreditation surveys and performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management, risk management, and performance improvement activities.
• Ensure CMS regulations, Joint Commission standards, and healthcare regulations are met.
• Develop and monitor quality indicators and patient safety metrics.
• Coordinate accreditation and regulatory survey readiness efforts.
• Investigate and manage risk events and corrective action plans.
• Facilitate quality initiatives and committees across the hospital.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive operational and clinical improvements.
