Jobot is seeking a Director of Quality & Risk Management to lead quality improvement, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and risk management for a 50-bed post-acute rehabilitation hospital. You will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to drive survey readiness and performance improvement across the organization.

This senior role requires deep knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission standards and a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and compliance.

Job Details

• Lead all quality management, risk management, and performance improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, Joint Commission standards, and applicable healthcare regulations
• Develop, monitor, and analyze quality indicators and patient safety metrics
• Coordinate hospital-wide accreditation and regulatory survey readiness efforts
• Investigate and manage risk-related events, incidents, and corrective action plans
• Facilitate performance improvement committees and quality initiatives
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify opportunities for operational and clinical improvement
• Develop policies, procedures, and programs supporting regulatory compliance
• Monitor outcomes and implement evidence-based quality improvement strategies
• Provide ongoing education and guidance regarding quality, patient safety, and risk management practices
• Support leadership in achieving organizational quality and operational goals
• Oversee departmental responsibilities and associated team members within the quality function
