Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Director of Quality & Risk Management for a 50-bed specialty rehabilitation hospital in Crows Landing, CA. You will lead quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance to ensure survey readiness and optimal outcomes.

In this leadership role, you will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to drive performance improvement initiatives, develop policies, and oversee the quality function across the department.

Qualifications
