LaMotte Company seeks a Director of Quality to lead QA and QC across Newark, DE and Chestertown, MD facilities. You will own the QMS, maintain ISO 9001, and translate business priorities into quality objectives and resource plans.

You will oversee audits, CAPA, supplier quality, and continuous improvement efforts, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and R&D to drive customer satisfaction and product excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 10+ years in manufacturing quality with 5+ years leading QA/QC teams.
• ISO 9001 experience and quality-improvement delivery.
• Hands-on CAPA, SCARs, document control, change management, audits, and SPC.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic QA/QC direction across Newark and Chestertown sites.
• Lead and develop QA/QC teams; set responsibilities and training.
• Own the QMS; maintain ISO 9001 compliance and document control.
• Oversee audits, CAPA, supplier quality, and corrective actions.
• Lead Lean, SPC, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
