Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a senior Quality leader to direct the Quality Operations organization, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and regulatory agencies while sustaining supply to customers. You will define short and long-term site strategies and lead cross-functional teams.

You will oversee Quality Systems, host third-party audits, report to executives, and drive improvements across QA, GMP, and regulatory processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - Science/Engineering. MBA preferred.
15 years in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical sector with 7+ years of management and 5+ years in Quality.
FDA/Notified Body experience; regulatory submissions, inspections, audits.

Responsibilities

Serve as Quality Systems Management Representative for Jacksonville IOL site.
Oversee day-to-day quality activities; decisions on non-conforming materials and quality events.
Develop site quality strategy with Supply Chain and Franchise QA; align with global goals.
Host third-party audits and participate in executive reviews and quality boards.
Report to Executive Management on QMS effectiveness and improvements.
Ensure awareness of regulatory and QMS requirements throughout the organization.
Document processes for QMS; lead initiatives to improve performance.
Coach and develop staff; manage performance and budget; build capabilities.
