Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting a Senior Manager, Product Quality Management located in Milpitas, CA or Irvine, CA (preferred Irvine). You will lead cross-functional teams to monitor, analyze, and improve brand quality from NPI to customer, aligning with regulatory and enterprise quality strategies.

Responsibilities include guiding the quality strategy, leading CAPAs, and accelerating or delaying launches as needed, with strong emphasis on GMP/ISO compliance and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in statistics, process engineering or medical device industry.
• 3+ years in at least 2 of R&D, Manufacturing, Quality.
• Thorough understanding of GMP/ISO regulations.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to build cost-saving and growth business cases.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and make key quality decisions for brands.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Regulatory and Complaint handling for brand health data.
• Partner with R&D to optimize new product quality and launches.
• Lead manufacturing quality improvements and process changes.
• Oversee CAPAs via Product Quality Management and engineering teams.
• Sign off on non-conformances and change controls for assigned product lines.
• Communicate quality plans and tie outcomes to business metrics.
• Monitor brand health with internal and external quality metrics.
