Link Technical Talent is recruiting a Senior Quality Manager for its Philadelphia facilities. You will own the Quality Management System across sites, lead a growing team of inspectors and supervisors, and drive CAPA, audits and continuous improvement.

The role offers relocation assistance and potential travel to the Thailand facility, with clear path to senior leadership. You should bring ISO 9001/QMS experience and a proven ability to shape quality strategy in industrial manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality systems in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and QMS.
• Proven ability to drive CAPA, audits and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the Quality Management System across multiple facilities.
• Lead and develop the quality team (Inspectors, Supervisors, Engineers).
• Drive quality strategy, audits, CAPA and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with CEO and senior leadership; travel to Thailand operation.
