Link Technical Talent is recruiting a Senior Quality Manager for its Philadelphia facilities. You will own the Quality Management System across sites, lead a growing team of inspectors and supervisors, and drive CAPA, audits and continuous improvement.

Are you a Quality Manager from a machining, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing background, looking to immediately step up into a Director-level role and join a rapidly growing company in an exciting new industry?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer where you will take ownership of the Quality Management System and have the opportunity to progress into a Director, VP, or wider corporate leadership position.

This company has been established for over 50 years and specializes in technically advanced products for industries including aerospace, defense, semiconductor and integrated circuits. Following significant growth, they have expanded their Philadelphia operations across both sites.

In this position, you will lead and develop the quality organization, including a team of Quality Inspectors and Supervisors, while taking ownership of ISO 9001:2015 and the QMS across multiple facilities. You will drive quality strategy, corrective actions, audit readiness and continuous improvement, with potential travel to the company's Thailand operation.

This role would suit a Senior Quality Manager with experience in industrial manufacturing who is looking to immediately step up into a Director-level position, with significant autonomy, exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to build and develop a quality function within a growing organization.

The Role:

• Take ownership of the Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2015 compliance across multiple manufacturing facilities
• Lead and develop the quality team, including Quality Inspectors, Supervisors and Engineering personnel
• Drive quality strategy, audits, CAPA, continuous improvement and quality standards across the organization
• Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership, with potential travel to the Thailand manufacturing operation

The Person:

• Senior Quality Manager from a manufacturing or industrial background looking to step up into a Director-level role
• ISO 9001 (preferred) and QMS experience
• Ideally experience within fabrication, sheet metal, welding, machining, aerospace, automotive or similar manufacturing
• Looking to take ownership of a quality department with long-term progression into senior leadership
