Job summary

Grace Health in Battle Creek, MI seeks an experienced Quality Improvement Director to lead our quality initiative, analytics, and accreditation efforts, driving safe, effective, patient-centered care across the organization.

The role collaborates with clinical leadership, IT, management, health plans, and community partners to strengthen processes, improve outcomes, and support organizational goals with staff education and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and active RN license in Michigan.
• Strong healthcare quality improvement and performance measurement knowledge.
• Experience with quality data, regulatory requirements, or accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Grace Health’s organization-wide Quality Improvement Program.
• Develop and monitor quality improvement goals and initiatives.
• Oversee dashboards, reporting, and performance measures (HEDIS/UDS).
• Analyze quality data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead the Quality Improvement Committee and related subcommittees.
• Oversee accreditation, regulatory, audits, and PCMH activities.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical leadership to improve data collection and reporting.
