Job summary

Maverick Boat Group Inc is seeking an experienced production supervisor to lead all facets of production operations. You will initiate and enforce policies, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient output in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will drive lean improvements, train employees, and mentor future leaders while coordinating with other departments to meet production targets and quality standards. This role emphasizes accountability and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and 5 years of production experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office incl. Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations by implementing policies and procedures.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards in the workplace.
• Schedule and assign staff; monitor results and take corrective action.
• Recruit, orient, and train new employees; monitor performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean practices and data-driven decisions.
• Plan changes for model, capacity, or schedule adjustments.
• Develop and maintain work instructions; review reports to improve productivity.
• Identify future leaders and coach team members; lead by example.
