Job summary

Phillips & Temro Branding Default is seeking a Quality Director to oversee overall product quality for customers, including compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. You will define goals, monitor metrics, and drive improvements across departments.

Strong leadership and process improvement experience is essential. The role involves collaboration with customers and management to ensure high-quality outcomes, with a focus on corrective and preventive actions, change management, and supplier quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Quality Engineering experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience required.
• ISO9001/IATF 16949, APQP, 8D familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates production operations to ensure quality, integrity, functionality and specs.
• Maintains and implements quality system processes; supports IATF16949 efforts.
• Develops quality goals and metrics to achieve company objectives.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complex issues.
• Leads quality controls and risk assessments in new product introductions and changes.

Education

B.S. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 10 years of Quality Engineering experience

Minimum 5 years of management experience
