Phillips and Temro Industries in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Director of Quality to oversee the overall quality of products manufactured or sourced for customers. You will lead a high-performing quality organization and manage staffing to meet company goals.

The role requires 10+ years in Quality Engineering with 5+ years in management, ISO 9001/IATF 16949 experience, and strong problem-solving abilities. Base pay ranges from $140,000 to $175,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• B.S. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of Quality Engineering experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, APQP, 8D exposure and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates production operations to meet quality, integrity, functionality and other specs.
• Maintains and implements quality system processes, procedures and records.
• Develops quality goals and performance metrics to achieve company objectives.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complex issues.
• Leads cross-department collaboration to maintain quality standards.
