Prismier LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Director to lead the Quality Management System, ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and drive continuous improvement across a growing manufacturing organization. The role oversees customer and supplier quality, metrology, quality systems, and shipping operations.

The ideal candidate will build a world-class quality culture, develop people, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and partner with executive leadership to deliver measurable quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field; or 10+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• 5+ years of quality leadership experience and extensive ISO 9001:2015 experience.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, First Article Inspection, and structured problem solving.
• Experience leading internal, customer, supplier, and third-party audits.
• Hands-on metrology, GD&T, and blueprint interpretation with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Quality and Shipping professionals.
• Own Prismier's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and audits.
• Maintain document control, procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions across the organization.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure compliance and drive supplier quality programs.
• Lead quality planning activities including APQP, PPAP, and First Article Inspection.
