Job summary

HRforGrowth is engaged as the exclusive talent partner for a client seeking a Director of Compliance, Quality & Environmental Health & Safety. This senior leader will establish strategy, systems, standards, and controls to ensure regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

The role oversees QMS, regulatory governance, audit readiness, risk management, CAPA, GMP, and EHS programs. Collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams is essential to drive excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in quality, compliance, regulatory affairs, or a regulated environment.
• Experience with regulatory inspections, certification and customer audits, and investigations.
• Proven implementation and sustainment of ISO-based QMS and CAPA programs.
• Strong leadership to build and develop a high-performing Compliance, Quality, and EHS team.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise QMS and regulatory governance for ISO and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee FDA, DEA, NABP, ISO, GMP, OSHA and related licenses, certifications, permits, and registrations.
• Direct audits, compliance reviews, and management reviews; own audit readiness.
• Drive risk management, CAPA, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and client services to strengthen controls and safety culture.
