Advatix seeks a Director - Compliance, Quality & Environmental Health & Safety to lead the enterprise quality, regulatory compliance, governance, and EHS programs. You will set strategy, standards, and controls to ensure products, services, facilities, and processes meet regulatory and client expectations, driving CAPA and continuous improvement.

The role partners with executives across operations, engineering, and client services to strengthen safety culture, manage risk, and ensure readiness

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Life Sciences, EHS, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise QMS and regulatory governance across ISO, FDA, GMP, NABP, and related standards.
• Oversee compliance, inspection readiness, audits, CAPA, and corrective actions.
• Drive environmental health & safety strategy and incident investigations.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and client services to strengthen controls and safety culture.
• Develop and lead a high-performing Compliance, Quality, and EHS team.
