Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, QC, regulatory affairs, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred; regulatory/audit experience highly valued.
• Progressive leadership in quality, compliance, or operations in regulated environments.
• Experience leading enterprise QMS and regulatory programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise QMS and governance for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain governance for FDA, DEA, NABP, ISO, GMP, OSHA, and related regs.
• Oversee organization-wide quality, compliance policies, standards, and controls.
• Direct internal audits, compliance reviews, and management reviews.
• Lead CAPA and risk management across the enterprise.
• Partner with operations and engineering to strengthen controls and safety.
• Develop and mentor the Compliance, Quality, and EHS team.
• Represent the organization with regulators, auditors, and clients.
