Job summary

The role supports a mature HSE culture through systematic processes. Responsibilities include leading HSE program development, providing expert technical support, advancing RC14001-aligned management systems, and assisting with training, incident investigations, and loss prevention

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or environmental science, engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• CIH/CSP or similar certifications are a plus.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience in productivity/continuous improvement.
• Minimum 3+ years in occupational safety, health, or environmental roles.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to HSE excellence and safe work practices.
• Lead by example and inspire employees to work safely and protect colleagues.
• Develop and support HSE programs compliant with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Provide expert technical support across the organization on HSE matters.
• Establish and track HSE performance goals and quality metrics.
• Support and improve site HSE Management System per RC14001 standards.
• Support Industrial Hygiene programs including sampling, PPE, and training.
• Participate in HSE teams to raise maturity via continuous improvement.
• Engage operating areas daily to support HSE programs and loss prevention.
• Assist in site training program development and verification.
