Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc. seeks a Director of Quality Assurance and Quality Control to lead QA/QC across local and national projects. You will shape standards, mentor staff, and partner with principals, project managers, architects and engineers to deliver compliant, high-quality deliverables.

The role offers remote flexibility up to two days per week, ESOP ownership, comprehensive benefits, and professional development opportunities within a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 5+ years in QA/QC within architectural or A/E/C fields.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, codes, and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee QA/QC processes within the firm, maintaining quality standards and procedures.
• Enhance and implement QA/QC processes across projects to ensure compliance.
• Conduct reviews and audits of deliverables to verify adherence to standards.
• Maintain documentation of quality control reviews and revisions.
• Collaborate with principals, project managers, architects, and engineers to address issues.
• Provide mentoring and training on QA/QC tools and techniques.
• Identify process improvements and implement refinements with staff.
• Stay updated on codes, regulations, and industry standards affecting the firm.
